A few questions ago I was alone on the road side shelf on the coast of Antartica beginning over 59 day 17 hundred kilometers journey risky across Antartica from the South and it was very scary prospects and yet every single day I would use my satellite phone to leave a phonecast using ipadio and they phonecast we then uploaded to a number of different web sites and shared with lots of people thousands of people following the expedition through Facebook and Twitter. It was such an easy way to tell my story in a really immediate and powerful way and since I've been back lots of people who followed the expedition have told me how important those phonecast that came to them and how they really felt involved in my journey through the fact that they could hear me and hear what has happened to me that day every single evening and now that I'm back I have a really incredible
