Broadcast live to the web from a phone call

Hello there, this is my second time to blog via a phone call. And there is something different. I find out there's a software which provides a toll free call to blog and also it can link directly to your tumblr account. And it can translate your voice to text but only for english so that's why I'm speaking english now. Ok. I will check it out later. That's it
