Hi Peter,

Thanks for the Phlog .... gave a real sense of the first days cycling of LEJOG.

It must be great to get underway and have the first day completed....

All best wishes for a successful charity ride for Prostrate UK and for promoting cycling ... will be following you progress.

Hi Peter,
Congratulations on a good start and thanks for the phlogs - very interesting. Will be following you North and hope the wind stays fair and the weather is kind to you.
From someone who has recovered from an identical op two and a half years ago - and an ex-cyclist who is trying to make a comeback!
Arrabest!

Hi. It's Claire from ipadio's press office. I spotted your story. Firstly - wow! Good luck with the ride. And secondly, if anyone wants your story, could I give them your details? Email me on media at nemisys.uk.com (Sorry, don't put email addresses in properly in public places thanks to the little spam mongers!)

Terrific challenge!
