Well good morning my friends. This is Jess Norm back in the throws of the normal sea of life as I travel in a highway on my way to work. It is 6:15. It is Tuesday morning. I am feeling better after my attempted 26 point 2 on Saturday. Never really felt bad in terms of muscle ache or joint pain or anything along those lines. So I felt pretty good physically for the most part felt pretty drained of energy and didn't quite feel like I could get enough sleep on Sunday and evening yesterday and I'm ravenously(?) hungry. Yet this is the time where I'm really wanting to concentrate on losing some some weight again because.
