Broadcast live to the web from a phone call

Hey Ewan! So, I just recorded my own phonecast giving you props on your "phlog" here about the Novophone. Actually, I tried to leave you this comment earlier but iPadio seemed to crash right as I was leaving it. I wanted to say thank you for introducing me to this fantastic and brilliant idea. I would have to agree with you that I, too, miss the days of holding a traditional phone. With modern technology making everything easier, smaller and more capable of wonders, we've all had to adapt. Although I think it's wonderful we have such modern tools at our disposal, I must say that sometimes the quality and sound of audio in such small devices seems to be lost. When you did your broadcast in the Novophone, you were loud and clear. Very loud, actually. And it was crisp. After looking at the pictures you've provided (as well as going to the Novophone website), I see that you can use the Novophone is other applications such as podcasting. I so want one of these things! I would use it to record things into my laptop. I would get a laugh in the coffee shop for sure! Thanks again, Ewan!

You're welcome Mike -- I think it would be excellent for podcasting. I really do *like* the position of it. I think I'll need to order one for myself now! (This one's going to my sister-in-law!)

Ewan - Mark her (ipadio fella) - the audio quality seemed remarkable. Was this simply acting as the mic for a standard phonecast?
