Day 3 was the first official day of work here in Lithuania, and so in my true style I got started with a bang and cracked a good 30 - 40% of this week's interview workload in the first day by interviewing the director of one social care organisation and three members of staff at Deineta who are the focus of my visit to Kaunas in Lithuania this week as part of the EU Commission Relay project.
