The unit we have decided to use is maintain door security. This is for a national retail group with Generation Y trainee in the retail setting and these trainees are all computer and technology savvy. The existing training is delivered alternating between face to face and online learning situations. Division for the project is to incorporate scenario based problem solving low level of text. Highly visual and interactive learning experiences which will be based on real work place practices and situation. The trainers all will be facilitation and following up on participation and encouraging collaboration providing support and helping to complete assessment on time.
