This is Mrs Wright Morris class at Clemen Elementary and we are studying how do you simplify fractions and I have 4 students here who are going to share the 4 rules that we follow to see if a fraction is in simple as form. First is Chloe. The first rule is the numerator at the one. This is Hailey with the second rule. The numerator is prime but the denominator is not a multiple of the numerator. Hailey had a hard one. Ok Zach here you go. The numerator and then denominator are separated by one digit. And Kate will tell us our last rule. The numerator and denominator they're both prime. Alright thanks. This is area there rules that we follow here in 4th grade to make sure a fraction is in simplest form and hopefully this rules will help you as well.
