This is Lee Hamlin(?) with another Chicago Scoop(?) Mobile Podcast moment. I just got my hair cut at Mike's Barber Shop in Edison Park and I am waiting at the corner of Oloffant(?) in North West Highway for the no. 68 bus to go back to Jefferson Park. Due to the killer rain storm we had last night the traffic signals here at the intersection are not working. They're completely out and as expected nobody has any idea of how to deal with a regulated intersection some people are going straight through some people are coming to us to where ending goes to stop people are making a left hand turns without slowing down in short what this proves is what I thought all long ever since high school driver education class that the ___ of the human population lacks insufficiently evolve the ___.
